AllMyNotes Organizer Version 1.23, build 190 Release

• Added Portuguese language localization. Muchly thanks to Jaime de Sousa for his translation!

• Important policy update: every Deluxe license is now USER-BASED, which means that every user can install it on multiple PCs that belong personally to him. For example - on his work PC, home PC, notebook, and USB media at a same time! This policy applies also to all previously purchased customers, whose license was linked to single PC/notebook.

• Fixed issue with color picker in Rich Text editor - on hovering mouse over menu colors could become black.

P.S. Please sorry for so small interval between releases. The issue with menu colors, which was introduced in version 1.22, was critical to be fixed asap.
