New features:

• Print window - Cancel is renamed to Close as it better reflects meaning for the action.

• For skin makers button font color now can be specified separately - for normal, pressed, highlighted, and disabled button state. See FontColorBtnNormal, FontColorBtnPressed, FontColorBtnHighlighted, and FontColorBtnDisabled configuration entries respectively.

Fixes:

• Fixed issue with opening pictures in external viewer InfranView (perhaps there is other software titles with this kind of behavior).

• Fixed crash issue which had place on some systems when AllMyNotes was configured to start with Windows startup.

• Some additional minor app updates and fixes.
