There are some folders and notes which I use often. Is there a way to make them stand out in the tree? Possible ways would require being able to format the name of the folder/note in the tree pane (e.g., red, bold, etc.) so it would stand out. I thought I had once read somewhere that there was some way to color code folders, but I can't find it. Another option would be if we could change the icon (eg make it a picture of a red folder instead of the usual yellow).

Do right-click on a folder in the left-hand hierarchy tree. In appeared pop-up menu you can select color, icon, priority, and some other useful options to highlight your frequently used folder(s).
