When I copy a picture and insert the picture into "AllmyNotes" the image is extremely large, how do I get a thumbnail size or at least reduce the picture once it is in AllmyNotes? :P

Simply resize it. First click on an image, you'll notice a frame for resizing images will appear. Drag&drop bottom-right corner to resize and maintain original aspect ratio.
