I've created this new feature request to bump up an old request which seems to have gotten buried & forgotten about. The feature that I'd like added is for copying & pasting of table data to paste cell by cell (like MS Excel), rather than all copied data (from many cells) be pasted into a single cell, as happens at the moment. I use tables in AllMyNotes a lot (probably more than anything else) and it's so tricky, and such a time waster, to have to manually copy, cell by cell, to transfer data from one table to another.

A request for this to be changed to operate similar to MS Excel was raised a few years ago and received a promise that this would be added, but this hasn't happened yet.

Thank you for reminder. We didn't dumped this feature request at all, as we find it highly valuable and important. Hopefully soon enough we'll find time to implement it, but please do not expect it to be done immediately - it's complex task and due to this it needs to be prioritized lower than some other tasks we are working on.

I use tables alot and it is horrible getting data back and forth between AMN and Excel.

I often track data in a table in AMN until the table gets complex and needs more sorting options. Then I need to convert table in AMN to Excel.

A workaround I've used: Print the AMN table to a pdf. Then convert that pdf to Excel in the PDF program. Still a lot of wasted time but it's better than copy and paste one cell at a time or start over

No such workaround to convert from Excel to AMN

It would be so nice if I could even copy and paste a column at a time or a row at a time.
